The origin of the cement is Europe and South America (not Turkey, India, and Egypt), at Seller’s choice.
Required Payment Instrument will be an Irrevocable, Transferable, Issued or Confirmed by a first class world bank acceptable to the Seller, Monthly Automatically Revolving Letter of Credit payable 100% at sight, per each shipment, against shipping documents as per UCP500/600.
Commissions: the prices hereby mentioned include USD1/MT commissions. If higher commissions are required then they would be added on a basis of 50% to Buyer side and 50% to Seller side (for every USD1/MT added the Buyer side will get USD0.50/MT).
The INCOTERMS of the herein mentioned prices is CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) ASWP (USA non sanctioned ports).
